Coldest Winter Ever Odds Dropping Faster Than The Temperatures
With 2017 set to kick off with some bracing weather, William Hill are offering 8/1 that the coldest temperature record is broken in England, Scotland or Wales by the end of April and it is 25/1 that Parliament closes for weather reasons by the same time.
“2017 is starting with a cold snap and it could well be hard to shake,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. “As the mercury drops, there is a chance we could see an unwanted record broken.”

Lowest Wales temperature to be beaten by April 30th 2017: 8/1
Lowest Scotland temperature to be beaten by April 30th 2017: 8/1
UK Parliament to be closed for weather reasons before April 20th 2017: 25/1
